Flowering cacti in our garden

Here are some pictures of our cacti icact2n full bloom.

And then discover one of the strangest plants in our garden, the Queen of the Night (Night-bloomiing Cereus, member of the cactus family).

It resembles nothing more than a dead bush most of the year. But for only one midsummer’s night each year, its exqusitely scented flower opens as night falls, then closes forever with the first rays of the morning sun.
