The remodeling of the Gran Hotel Taoro

The Gran Hotel Taoro in Puerto de la Cruz, which had not hosted customers since 1975 and was closed as a hotel for 40 years but operated as a casino, will welcome guests again in 2024. Work started in mid-February.

The local technical team leading this project was tasked with modernizing this building to bring it to the new required standards while preserving the building’s history and prestige.

The Gran Hotel Taoro, 150 meters from the Tigaiga away, is classified as a Historical Monument and its structure cannot therefore be modified. The main works are expected to be completed in June 2023. According to current information, the work will be carried out from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.

Unfortunately, we cannot rule out the possibility of noise pollution from time to time due to the different work in some areas.
