The Cabildo, Tenerifes main council, has voted to build a leisure park at Risco Miguel, Los Realejos, in permanent memory of one of the founders of successful tourism in the North Don Enrique Talg. Enrique died recently, leaving his children well in charge of his superb hotel, the Tigaiga, in the Taoro Park.
St. Juan de Dios’s Day is an annual event. The commemoration ceremony represents the opportunity to showcase the dedication and commitment of firemen serving the community of Tenerife, day in day out, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
