I hope you, your families and colleagues are all keeping well.

Back in March, we were looking forward to celebrating the inaugural TUI GLOBAL HOTEL AWARDS with a ceremony in Berlin. Unfortunately, the decision was taken to cancel ITB Berlín 2020, and as a result we decided not to go ahead with our awards event.

Since then, the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact all of us in ways we could never have imagined. Despite these unprecedented circumstances, we re-started our TUI holidays to a range of destinations where travel restrictions were lifted, and we will continue to do so. The positive feedback we have received indicates that our customers are enjoying safe and happy holidays, and we will do our best to build on this in the weeks and months ahead.

We wrote to you in February 2020 to inform you that your hotel Hotel Tigaiga is amongst the Top 100 hotels, based on our customers feedback, and recognised as one of the most popular worldwide.

On behalf of the entire TUI Group we warmly congratulate you once again for this success: This is an incredible achievement. On behalf of everyone at TUI Group, we would like to thank you sincerely for delivering unique and exceptional holiday experiences fer our customers in 2019.

The current situation remains volatile and continues to be a challenge for all of us. However, we truly believe our customers will look to the strength of the TUI brand, and the quality hotels we offer when they choose their long-awaited holidays for the coming seasons.
