Festival de Música Antigua y Barroca de Puerto de la Cruz
From 28 March to 3 April: Again Reyes Bartlet Cultural Association is organizing this festival, which this year celebrates its eighth edition.The Festival will consist of a course and four concerts among which are the representation of a baroque opera and the presentation of a CD with music from the Cathedral of Las Palmas, a great event.
The Festival also presents the Humbolt Ensemble, a string ensemble from the Orotava Valley, formed by experienced musicians and led by Mark Peters.
The hotel Tigaiga cooperates again in this edition, providing accomodation for musicians from the festival.
Two other concerts are dedicated to Johan Sebastian Bach, in honour of his 250 birth anniversary.
